What happens at a workshop?
These sessions last one hour, Aoife brings everything needed including a gift for everyone to wrap and keep.
Aoife will introduce herself to the group who will all set around a table. After a demonstration of how to wrap the gift, everyone can have a go a choose materials to make their gift wrapping. Conversation flows until everyone starts creating - then silence falls, shoulders visibly drop and people have a mindful time wrapping and making. At the end of the session participants leave smiling, more relaxed and with a unique gift to give, or keep for themselves!
